In this recipe, I gave another iconic Filipino dish a twist. I used smoked fish (Tinapang Bangus) and gata ng niyog (Coconut Milk) to add another layer of flavor to the Ginisang Munggo. The addition of coconut milk made the ginisang munggo richer which matches perfectly to the flaky and salty dried fish (Tuyo)

1/4 cup chopped Onion
3 cloves chopped Garlic
1 medium sized Tomato , sliced
1 Chicken Bullion
3/4 cups Coconut Milk
2/4 cups Shrimps (Peeled and Deveined)
1 tsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
342 grams Mung Beans
1 whole Tinapang Isda (smoked fish)
1 Bundle Spinach Leaves
