ICT Minister Speaks to Sada El Balad Channel

In an interview with Sada El Balad Channel, the ICT Minister Atef Helmy assured that the Akhbar Al Youm Economic Conference sets frameworks that should be activated during the coming period, and is a positive sign for the construction of modern Egypt.
