@amystreasuresdesignone week ago I just picked one up from the library this morning and I'm trying not to get frustrated with it. I've been using a mouse for well over 30 years, so to get used to this, but always had trouble drawing with a mouse like I can with a pencil. I thought this would be better for me for drawing. While it may be easy to use for those that have been using it for some time, there's a learning curve to it that can be frustrating for those of us not used to it. Another thing that bothers me is that when I have a monitor plugged into my laptop, the pointer for the wacom is only on that second monitor. I can't move it from one screen to the other, like I can my mouse. My main work surface is my laptop, due to my current desk configuration. I use the external monitor for things like having two programs that I need info from, or two files, simultaneously. I just don't have the patience to focus on the wacom today but will be trying to focus on it and get a better feel for it this week. Hopefully I can get used to it before I have to return it, because this is something I would like to purchase at some point in the fairly near future. ...
