Elizabeth Smart starts self defense program after saying man sexually assaulted her on Delta flight

fter surviving kidnapping and rape, Elizabeth Smart says she learned to find light in her life and wants to inspire other victims to do the same. The first self defense class created by Elizabeth and her team was held in February. It’s called “Smart Defense,” and it is designed to specifically help women and girls learn how to protect themselves. Fox 13’s Erin Cox shows you what motivated Elizabeth to start this program.
