BIG HOLES IN OUR SAILBOAT (water damage in our keel)

Last week we hauled out our boat for what we were hoping to be a simple paint job and a dash of maintenance thrown in. Saoirse is a 1971 pearson 35 with a drop centerboard, and one of the things we had on the list to fix was the leak coming from our centerboard pin. While working on that we discovered we had water in our keel and one thing led to another and now what we have is a bunch of holes in our boat. But the good news is we think we found the problem.
