Ishtar can be substituted with any AoE Servant you have that is strong enough. Preferably, Tametomo would be most useful since he can take out Jason in the third turn without any RNG involved but properly invested Arjuna Alter, Morgan, Gilgamesh or Tesla also would do the job. For example, RNG in this video was terrible (I didn't have any Ishtar Buster facecards for 2nd and 3rd turn) yet it managed to 3T anyways. You'd do fine as long as you get any cards for your AoE DPS on 2nd or 3rd turns. Although the level of RNG may vary depending on the investment on your AoE DPS.
