Christmas Special | Nawabi Mutton Curry Recipe | How to make nawabi mutton Nawabi Mutton recipe This recipe is delicious and easy to make you can try this at home during festive season Comment us below about this recipe Simple chicken Biryani :/watch/gY9Nwrsix9oiN Follow us on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_weekend_diaries/ Phone used for recording: https://amzn.to/2Js4eks Ingredients & Method: Marination In a mixing bowl, take mutton (1kg), add onion paste (5 medium size), add 2 to 3 tsp ginger garlic and green chilli paste, tomato slices( 3 medium size), 2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 2tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp cumin powder, 1, 1/2 tsp amchur powder ( dried mango powder), 2 tsp soya sauce, 1 cup curd, 4 tbsp mustard oil, sugar to taste, salt to taste, now mix all the ingredients with mutton and keep in refrigerator for marination minimum 2 hours (overnight will be better), Take kadai or saucepan add 4 tbsp mustard oil, add 2 whole spices in it (2 bay leaves, 3 cardamom pods, 2 to 3 cinnamon sticks, now add chopped onions (4 medium size) and fry till it become slight golden brown, add 2 tsp ginger garlic and green chili paste and cook, add marinated mutton into the kadai and mix well, then cover the kadai with a lid and leave it in low medium flame for 10 mins (but in between stir occasionally if required) , after 10 min open the lid and add 1,1/2 tsp ghee, add 1 tsp meat masala, and cook well, add 1/2 cup water and cook again, then shift the mutton into pressure cooker, and pour 1cup luke warm water and close the pressure cooker with lid for 3 to 4 whistles to soften the mutton (if required number of whistles can be increased), mutton kasha is ready to serve #muttonrecipe #muttoncurry #christmasspecial #homemade #howtomake #easytocook #lockdown #nawabimuttoncurry #nawabimutton #christmas
