Hey guys! I’m gonna show you something today. Just kidding. My name is Samira Zopunyan and this is lesson two of our amazing choreography course. I’m going to show you ten exercises for body stretching.These exercises will boost your energy levels and help you become good dancers! Let’s go! 1.We’ll start off with your head and neck. 2.One more exercise for your neck. This exercise will help your vestibular system and let you dance beautifully in the future. 3.Exercise is for your shoulders. 4.Exercise is for your arms. 5.Lift your leg to 90 degrees and push it to the side 6.Exercise is for your core. 7.The next one is called “The Sun” 8.Exercise number eight is really good for beautiful slim legs and warming up. 9.The next exercise is for your hips. 10.
