Start by squeezing 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice into a bottle or jar. 2. Pour 1 cup whole milk or low fat milk into the jar. 3. Stir it together. 4. Let it sit for minimum 5 minutes to maximum 30 minutes on the counter. 5.
