Dis Dat Deze Die | When and how to use Dis Dat Deze and Die with Het and De words in Dutch language

In Dutch, it's a little difficult to use this and that. We can use two versions: either dit dat or deze die. So, how do we know, which versions are to be used? So if we have got, huizen : not huis but huizen then we use : deze huizen. of dat huizen. And, I would also like to tell you that we can not use deze and die words for the words. So deze and die woors are only used for the naamwoorden. Deze and die are only use for een naamwoord.
