@evac.89353 years agoAnyone who's not sure how to perform the five Tibetans, I highly recommend buying the book by Peter Kelder. I've been doing these exercises every morning for almost twenty years now. I don't know how, but they work. I'm 46 years old and got recently estimated to be in my late twenties... Well, not quite sure about that, but I definitely look and feel a lot younger than I am. The key is to do them every day. You can take a break one day a week, but not more. It takes only about 10 minutes to do all the five rites, and it's worth it. Just give it a try. :) Before I start the rites, I do two rounds of Kapalabhati (breathing exercise). I was able to forgive my ex bf after more than 11 years. I became aware the color that appeared was sunset color. 2. 2nd day I felt relief from my back pain and can sit whole day from my chair. The suicidal thoughts triggered yet I was able to asked for support in my Reiki community. The color that appeared was yellow. 3. 3rd day, my back pain was much more relieved. After the Kundalini, I became aware I had cold sweats on my arms, face and forehead. I felt nausated, wanted to collasped and my tummy irritates. My throat felt a little bit heavy and it hurts. The suicidal thoughts dissipates, felt much ease and light, pain on my back was much more lighter, white golden light appeared. When I did the table exercise, I felt cold seat on my legs, arms and shoulders. I felt nauseated and wanted to collapse yet I kept on saying “I can do it”. My 3 heart desire were so vivid and felt so much joy, gratitude, love with happy tears flowing. Few hours after my mediation, my accountant called informing me that I got huge refund, plus 2 more cash incentives. Got a new phone with 0 money down, very minimal monthly payment and have a forthcoming employment info and hiring. It’s done. Thank you very much Brian Scott. @sandytobago4 years agoI love your videos, and have found your body of work extremely helpful. With regard to the 5T's , the ultimate goal is to reach 21 of each of the 5 exercises, however, you do not start with 21 of each, the first week you do 3 of each exercise, each week thereafter, adding 2 of each until you reach 21, if you miss more than one day of exercise you have to start all over again, back to 3 of each and build back up. You are correct, the 5T's are very effective, I've been doing them for several years ...5

@gianninanamaste31843 years agoYou did what i was planning to do but ever so much better! I have 1 question... the 5 Rites were designed for the male anatomy, as were original yoga asanas... The female organs have an energy that rotates counter clockwise. The male has organs whose energy rotates clockwise eccept for the spleen. I have tried over 30 years to Consistently perform the 5 rites. I get anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months and I have to stop because I don't feel well when I do them. I found out a couple of years ago about the counter clockwise energy in the feminine form and it dawned on me that perhaps I should do my spinning counter clockwise. I keep my index finger and my thumb touching with my hands turned up to help maintain my balance and this was the key for me. I have been consistently doing my 5 rites, not exactly the way You described, And I love the additions that you made, for 2 years and it's working very well for me. My question is do you think women should spin counter clockwise and men should spin clockwise? Of course I'm not going to change my direction even if you tell me to, But it makes rational sense to me and it may help other women to feel better aligned and energized, Allowing them to be more consistent. I just really wanted your opinion... And I'm pretty much of an anomaly so it could just be me. ...3

Lol) I normally lift weights and, this uses muscles I apparently don't use! But I like it. In the book they mention a rite #6. I am going to do this to. However I am far from being celibate!!!! I will start the process of #6 after doing this for 10 weeks. What is your take on #6 and do you think it will work for women? This book is pretty male oriented. ...1

I got sick for several months, during winter. New moon in april brought new energy and determination; Week1. Tibetans; Day 1. Started on 6 reps- I am out of shape. But every day I managaed a little bit more. Ended week w 9. day 6. Due to RL complications, had to choose to do short version. Overall; Feeling lighter and happier. Week 2. Tibetans; Increased reps to 9-12. 1st rite only 9. Out of swirling shape, gets dizzie 🤞🙏 it will go away. Easter came, and I let it ruin my morning routines. Did Eye exc., but it is not the same by far. Overall; feeling better than when I started. My saboteur isconstantly bickering.... 😜> See that I will have to do much more than 21 days - and I guess that's good 😉💗 ...2
