Cara buat Lotus Mooncake
1. Mooncake skin: 15-16g
120g golden syrup
1tsp Alkaline water
32g Peanut oil
170g All-purpose/wheat flour
*Kamu akan dapat 20 pcs dari adunan tersebut.
2. Fillings: Beli di kedai jual bahan bakeri
Buat 20 pcs inti.
*Filling(35g) = Lotus paste
*salted egg yolk 15g+Lotus paste 20g = 35g
3. Egg yolk liquid : untuk disapu atas mooncake
1pcs Egg yolk
1/2tbsp Water
Mold size:50g mooncake mold
1. Preheat the Oven 200°C, bake for 5 minutes
2. Turn the oven temperature to 165°C bake for 10 minutes
3. Spread the egg yolk liquid on the mooncake
4. Keep the oven temperature on 165°C bake for about 10 minutes.Done
