Saurabh is part of the Senior Management team leading several functions at the Bank. He takes keen interest in economic, social, rural and regulatory issues. He possess indepth knowledge & experience of processes and development practices in Government &Institutional Banking, Customer Service, Human resources and Corporate Social Responsibility. ICICI Foundation under his leadership has aligned Skill Development & Livelihood Development to socio-economic needs of the country. It is amongst the large participants in the country in the sphere of skill development.Currently Foundation runs 26 Skill Academies and conducts Livelihood programs in more than 1000 villages covering more than 125,000 adults every year. More than 125,000 unemployed have been trained and placed and more 250,000 people have been trained on livelihood. Saurabh has extensive general management experience of profit centre management, Human Resource, Customer Service & Quality. He is credited with several large scale project implementation and successes in the Bank. His work has been acknowledged in the form of Best Foundation of the Year Award, Best in Skill Development Award, Best in Livelihood Development Award and more than a 100 awards for energy conservation initiatives.
