Soft Butter Cake - බටර් කේක් පුළුන් වගේ සැහැල්ලුවට හදමු, බටර් කේක් වලට ආස නැති කෙනෙක් ලංකාවේ නම් නැහැ. එක එක විදිහට හදන මේ බටර් කේක්, උත්සව මේසයේ නම් දැන් නැතිවම බැරි අංගයක් වෙලා. ඉතාම පහසු, පුළුන් වගේ මේ බටර් කේක්, ඔයාලත් හැදුවොත්, ගෙදරට එන අමුත්තන් නම් හරිම කැමති වේවි. අවශ්‍ය ද්‍රව්‍ය: 01. සීනි - ග්‍රෑම් 250 (හීනියට කුඩුකරගත් හෝ Caster Sugar) 02. බටර් - ග්‍රෑම් 250 (කාමර උෂ්ණත්වයේ) 03. බිත්තර - 4ක් 04. වැනිලා - තේ හැඳි 2ක් 05. බේකින් පවුඩර් - තේ හැඳි 2ක් 06. පිටි - ග්‍රෑම් 250 07. කිරි - මේස හැඳි 2ක් Ingredients: 01. Sugar - 250g (Grind or you can use caster sugar) 02. Butter - 250g (At room temperature) 03. Eggs - 4 04. Vanilla Essence - 2 Teaspoons 05. Baking Powder - 2 Teaspoons 06. Flour - 250g 07.
