If you want to reduce back pain and strengthen your core muscles, this is the core workout for you. This core workouts strengthens your core muscles, with a particular emphasis on exercises that incorporate your glutes (bum) because having weak or inflexible glutes is one of the many reasons people have lower back pain. Therefore, this core workout has been designed to work a range of core muscles, with the glutes being a central component. It is one of my favorite core workouts and will be completed in approximately 5 minutes.
