This 10 minute slim thighs pilates workout is made for toning and tightening your inner thighs. These 10 minutes will burn so get excited for a lot of exercises for your hamstring, controlled exercises that work your thighs and booty. Combine this workout with my other thigh workouts + pilates workouts for better results. Always remember that you can tone and build muscles with my workouts and lose fat but everybody is different and diet plays an important role when it comes to body changes.
