@AndreasDuessca3 years agoAbsolutely lovely - a comment from an ex-line cook: instructions like "saute for 5-8 minutes" are not all that useful in the kitchen, especially for beginners. "Saute until a crust forms" or "saute until the tofu caramelizes" are more helpful, because they are outcome based. Absolutely loving the recipes, they are helping this omnivore to cut back on meat! ...2

They look simple and delicious. And yes I'll give the tofu a chance. I've yet to have tofu that doesn't have that weird taste, but the way you've crumbled it up and seasoned it gives me hope.
