Then this post is for you . Cheap, easy and super different! ⤵️ Bored of a normal curry? Why not try this one. Don’t be alarmed with the 2 bulbs of garlic, the curry powered and coconut milk dulls it down. This is super lush. Perfect if you have to much veggies or old so eat that are going soft. Timestamps:- 0:00- What you need for the creamy Garlic Coconut Curry 0:10 Method 0:55 What veggies to add 1:04 How much stock to add 1:32 How long to cook 1:44 What it looks like once cooked Ingredients:- 1 x Carrot 1 x potato 1 X onion For the sauce:- 2 whole bulbs of garlic 1 tsp tandoori powder 2 tbs medium curry powder 1 tbs turmeric 1 tbs cumin 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 300ml of stock 200ml coconut milk Method:- 1) cut veggies of choice. We used potato, carrot and onion 2) peel the 2 bulbs of garlic. 3) measure out all the ingredients 4) all everything in the slow cooker except the stock 5) once in the slow cooker, select how much stock you would like.
