This protein packed curry is 50p a portion. Budget friendly Vegan & Gluten free korma curry. ♻️ We used butternut squash but any squash will do. The sweetness of squash with creamy korma goes lovely. ♻️ As part of our budget Lockdown meals, this curry only has 6 staple ingredients so easy to make. Sub the squash for sweet potato or any veggies-fresh or frozen x ♻️ 🔅1 x Butternut squash. 🔅1 x Onion 🔅2 tbsp Curry paste or powder 🔅1 tin of Tinned tomatoes 🔅750ml Veggie stock 🔅150g Red or split lentils That’s it, spinach is optional and you can use rice, couscous or any grain to suit your diet.
