Cabbage Manchurian:-
Ingredients:
Cabbage / Patta Gobi - 2 Cups Grated
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 2 ½ tbsp
Maida – 2 ½ tbsp
Oil - to deep fry
Garlic Chopped - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli – 2 nos (chopped)
Spring Onion – 2 Tbspn
few juliennes (optional)
Red Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce - 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 2 tbsp
Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion Greens – 1Tbspn
Water - 1/2 cup
Preparation:-
• Take about 150 grms of cabbage and grate it, squeez the excess water and transfer it to a bowl.
• Now add Garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, Ginger Garlic paster, maida and corn flour and mix well.
• Take small portions of it and make small bowls and keep it aside.
• Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the manchurian balls and keep separate.
• Take another pan add 2 Tbpsn of oil let it heat then add chopped garlic, green chilli and chopped spring onions and toss it.
• Now add Red Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce and Tomato Sauce and toss it for 2 minutes then add crushed balck pepper and cook for 2 mints.
• Add chopped Spring Onion Greens cook for another 2 mints, add ½ cup of water and salt as per the taste and mix well, after cooking for 2-3 mints add corn floor solution(2 Tpsn of corn flour and few spoons of water and mix well) add it to the sauce mixture and cook this for 1 mint in low flame.
• Now add the fried manchirian balls to it and miz welll and just cook for another minute and serve hot.
