( Millet )Kollu Bihun is made from horse gram grain. (Kollu) and parboiled rice, no sugar added,high fibre which helps to regulate cholesterol, also has calcium, potassium, vitamin b1, and Iron.
This is my own recipe and it's taste same as Mee Hoon Siam. Combinations of fried oyster mushrooms gives extra flavorto the Mee Hoon. It's 💯 vegan!

Ingredients
1 Pack of Millet Mee Hoon ( Kollu )
2 piece fried tofu
1 potato
160gm oyster mushrooms
1 big onion
4 clove garlic
5 shallots
1/2 inch ginger
8 dried chili cut 2, remove seeds and soak in hot water -15min
1 tomato
2 stalk mustard leaves
3 stalks scallion
3 tbsp fried onions
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
Oil
Salt
Bahan-bahan
1 Pek Millet Mee Hoon (Kollu)
2 keping tauhu goreng
1 biji ubi kentang
160gm Cendawan tiram
1 biji bawang merah besar
4 ulas bawang putih
5 biji bawang merah
1/2 inci Halia
8 btg cili kering potong 2, buang biji dan rendam dalam air panas -15min
1 biji tomato
2 ikat daun sawi
3 batang daun bawang
3 sudu besar bawang goreng
1 sudu besar sos tiram vegetarian
1 sudu besar sos cili
1 sudu besar sos tomato
Minyak
Garam
