This Mutton Peratal is heavenly delicious! This is my own recipe and it's simple yet tasty! Good to go with white rice, biryani rice, tosai , idlli or even roti canai. No tomatoes in this recipe because it will give sour taste a bit. This is spicy and flavor full Mutton Peratal. Hope you guys will give a try!
Ingredients
Marinate 30min - 👇
800gm mutton meat with bone - cut small
1 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp salt
Curry leafs
Water
Masala
3 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp meat curry powder
1 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp tumeric powder
Spices
2 inch cinnamon
1 bay leaves
3 star anise
4 cardamom pods
1 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
3 clove
Made strands
Saute
10 shallots - 170gm
2 lemongrass - crushed
2 pandan leafs
7 clove garlic
3 inch ginger - 40gm
2 potatoes - 170gm - cubed
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tbsp ghee ( QBB )
Coriander leafs

800gm daging kambing dengan tulang - dipotong kecil
1 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit
1 sudu kecil garam
Daun kari
Air
Masala
3 1/2 sudu besar serbuk cili
1 sudu besar serbuk kari daging
1 1/2 sudu kecil garam masala
1 sudu kecil serbuk kunyit

2 inci Kayu manis
1 daun salam
3 bunga lawang
4 biji buah pelaga
1 1/2 sudu kecil jintan manis
3 bunga cengkih
1 helai mace
Tumis
10 biji bawang merah kecil - 170gm
2 serai - dititik
2 helai daun pandan
7 ulas bawang putih
Halia 3 inci - 40gm
2 biji ubi kentang - 170gm - didadu
2 sudu besar minyak sayuran
1 1/2 sudu besar ghee (QBB)
Daun Ketumbar
